Teams at PFC are formed in a way that recognizes and nurtures each player’s potential while maintaining a competitive edge in the leagues where we compete. Our tryout and placement process is designed not only to create the strongest teams possible but also to give every appropriately skilled player the opportunity to develop in the right environment.
By collaborating across all teams within each age group, our coaches place athletes where they can be challenged to grow technically, physically, and mentally—reflecting our holistic focus on player development. This means teams may train and compete at varying levels to best support the needs of each group. Ultimately, our goal is to ensure that every player who joins PFC is set up for success—both on the field and beyond.
